Adeline
"Already ate, but I'll go with you." The two of them walked off towards the cafeteria.Rajesh
"Wanna go get lunch?" he asked to Isi.
Abel
Abel went and stood in the lunch line, returning a minute later with a large tray containing tacos.
"So, do you want to.... socialize with random people? I don't think there's much else to do, really."
Adeline
"I'm sure they'll call us for class soon." Adeline said, "But I sort of want to talk to you. Who's your roommate?"
Abel
"I... I actually haven't even checked yet. I suppose I should get to that now, huh?"
Adeline
She chuckled, "Typical. Yeah boarding school's a bit intimidating. You can wait on it though, won't change anything. You seen any girls you like?" Adeline said jokingly.
Abel
"More than seen; I'm having lunch with her right now."
Adeline
Adeline smiled and nodded, Knew it. Predictable as always. He's handsome though. "Glad we're partners then hm? Strange coincidence. I wonder if they knew that we know each other. Either way, you're cute. I'm happy to be spending the year with you."
Abel
Yes! She called me cute! All good so far... Thank God for the adminisrstion. Now that we're partners, it'll only be a matter of time before she realizes thatvwe were meant for each other. And then.... Huehuehuehue.
Armenia
The magical tome floated in the air with a faint and misty hue.
(F-fairytales?) Armenia was skeptical at first, but also very intrigued. Of course, she remembered where she was and what she is. (It can't be farfetched, not after what I've seen today.)
Fairytales? Until now, I've always thought they were just that... Do you mean the big, bad wolf is always right by your side?
New Character
Name: Ethan Hawking
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Trigger Event: Ethan's dog died when he was six years old. The large golden retriever had been hit by a car and lay bleeding in the street. Ethan ran heedlessly into the middle of the road and held the injured creature, which was bleeding profusely from an open wound in its side. Without even consciously thinking about it, Ethan moved his hand over the wound, causing the surrounding flesh to slowly begin to bubble. A strange and green-tinged cap slowly spread across the surface of the wound, looking almost like a balloon stretched too thin, stopping the blood. Later, Ethan discovered that he'd crammed some of the bacteria on the dog's skin with thousands and thousands of seem cells. Alas, even as a hopeful look grew on Ethan's face, it was not to be, for the dog,s lung had been punctured and it died in minutes.
Ethan's first year at Union marked his random assignment with Benjamin, and their powers meshed so perfectly that they applied and allowed to maintain their partnership for all 9 years. After graduation, at Ethan's urging in particular, the two decided to stay at the academy as teaching assistants, with Benjamin doubling as a counselor and Ethan as a lab assistant. Their relationship, despite the obvious personality differences (Ben is a much better talker), is one of total mutual understanding.
Power: Ethan has the ability to create stem cells, with large limitations. He must be in contact with existing living tissue to add to it, and they are completely incapable of reproduction. They will die on their own in a little while with no permanent changes. For this reason he cannot use his power as a substitute for true healing or regeneration.
Appearance:
Natalie Aberle
'Kind of, if I end up summoning him.'
There's much scarier things in the book though, Natalie thought.
Armenia
Armenia nodded, very interested in her new friend's ability.
Do you have any limits of some sort? Your ability seems to have a great amount of utility and offensive prowess.
Natalie Aberle
'Well, I can generally only summon one to three things in one day, since the cool downs are rather long. I also have to keep it in physical form to do anything with it, of course. I mean, it usually wouldn't be that much of a big deal, but...' Natalie paused. She wasn't sure whether she should reveal the next bit of information. It's only a hunch... I'm not completely sure if it's connected to by life force.
'... obviously, if it gets damaged or anything like that I wouldn't be able to use it anymore,' she finished, deciding to hide part of the truth.
Armenia
That makes sense. Regardless, just one summoning can have a great impact.
She grinned happily, and finished up her journal.
If you'd like, I'll help you unravel that little mystery as we go along.
