Hello everyone! I would like to announce that I have finally published a game that I created all the way back in 2012. This is the last game I worked on and essential finished before I took a long hiatus.
The game was originally created to be super difficult (1 health for every level), while having an interesting story go along with it. This put a lot of pressure on me during that time and I pretty much stopped playing on Gamestar after that.
Now, before I left, I had completed all of the levels along with having them all beat. (Which I find shocking today) But never fully dished out and implemented the story.
I decided to leave the story out (It can be interpreted though.) and I made the Avatar sprite invincible on almost every level. I also reduced some of the damage blocks and took out most of the checkpoints too. (Due to glitches I guess, sometimes you can die. I fixed it to where it doesn’t do that as much hopefully.) I did this so you all could see every level of it. Its pretty bananas.
I will say that I do find a lot of the game kind of cringe, but I wanted to stay true to my younger self’s vision in terms of the level designs since it’s the last game I made during that era.
So, here it is if you want to play it. (http://gamestarmechanic.com/game/shared/427179/79903b9345729209e77321b238dd4798). Feel free to tell me your thoughts on it.
*Please note that it may be a bit laggy.
